2. Reason for Age Restriction

Sample Assist provides digital services in support of occupational health, workplace drug and alcohol testing, medical screening, and employment-medical compliance activities.

These services involve the handling of regulated health information, workplace compliance data, and legally binding records, and are therefore not suitable for use by minors

Accordingly, Sample Assist is designed exclusively for use by adults aged 18 years and over.

3. App Store Age Ratings

Sample Assist applications are published with an 18+ age rating on the Apple App Store, in accordance with Apple's age-rating and age-suitability requirements.

Sample Assist applications are also published on Google Play in accordance with Google Play's target audience declarations and the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC) rating framework.

These age ratings reflect the nature of the services provided and the legal and regulatory environment in which Sample Assist operates.

4. Children's Data

Sample Assist does not knowingly collect, use, or process personal or health information from individuals under 18 years of age. Any account or access identified as belonging to a minor may be restricted or terminated.
